About Us

Barefoot Banana was started by a group of experts in both early childhood education and children’s literature. Our aim is to create and curate a series of enjoyable children’s picturebooks that can be read for pleasure.

At Barefoot Banana, we promise to publish only high-quality and child focused picturebooks written and illustrated by local and international authors. Children are always at the heart of our work so all of our books are read with and by children before publishing.
