Nathalie started the Beloved Toys project in March 2020. At the time, she was confined in her country house, and while she was there she found a toy that reminded her how happy she was when she had it with her. It brought a smile to her face in the midst of the difficult time. So Nathalie decided to post a picture of her toy on Instagram and asked her followers to send her a picture of toys that give them comfort during this uncertain time, with a hope of bringing joy and connection with people. And here is the selection of beloved toys that Nathalie painted for people from different parts of the world.

The Beloved Toys tells beautiful stories about each of the toys and their beloved ones. It is the book for people of all ages. A surprise DIY paper puppet inside! (a different puppet in Thai and English book).
